Should you disagree with any portion of these terms, you may not access or use vibepack Store's offerings. Anyone who uses our services on behalf of a company or other organization affirms that they hold the authority to commit that entity to these terms.

Product Information and Pricing

vibepack Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. If an error affects product information, pricing, or availability, we may correct that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no cost to you. For items that naturally vary (such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product information and warnings are supplied for reference only; vibepack Store cannot guarantee that products remain free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order depends on product availability and acceptance by vibepack Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before your order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and a valid government-issued ID will be required at delivery or pickup. Should an item in your order be out of stock, we will contact you before dispatch and may propose a suitable substitute or refund the unavailable item, unless you opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content on vibepack Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "vibepack Store" name and branding — belongs exclusively to vibepack Store and is safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any vibepack Store content without our explicit written consent. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must inform vibepack Store promptly of any unauthorized account use or other security breach. You are likewise responsible for supplying accurate, current contact, delivery, and payment information when placing orders, and for making sure that any special instructions, eligibility requirements, or product-specific conditions you provide are truthful and complete. If you place an order on behalf of a third party, you alone are responsible for confirming that the third party satisfies all legal eligibility requirements for the purchased products, including age restrictions for restricted goods.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of vibepack Store's services shall first be submitted to vibepack Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on the parties and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

vibepack Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address linked to your account or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using vibepack Store's services before the effective date of the changes.
